My niece has just moved into her first house, but, unfortunately, the previous owner didn't leave the User manual
.

Its a Vailant, but don't know what model ! Does anyone know what the model may be, and where I can download a copy please ?

Looks like an Ecotec plus or pro there’s usually a data sticker underneath the boiler to confirm, or on that plastic middle bit you’ve left out of the photo. Once confirmed, I can send you a link or do an internet search and it should return the correct results

Thanks DBW, unfortunatelty the drop-down door is missing, and I am not there at the mo. Will be there myself tomorrow, so I'll come back with info, Thanks again
