Vaillant eco max boiler cold water

I run a bath which gives me hot water then cold water until I turn the tap off and start again. Takes me a while to get constant hot water. Have had the heat exchange plate and diverted valve replaced. Any ideas?

S codes are status codes, you have to manually access them they dont show automatically, when you are running the HW access the codes and see what the boiler thinks is happening
