Hi, I had a Vaillant ecofit pure 830 combi installed at the beginning of the year. Flushed and new protection kit fitted, etc. Came back from a 2 week holiday and now I'm getting a horrible loud pulsing noise that vibrates through the house. Happens with both ch and hw. Have attached a short vid in a zip.
Once the boiler is up to about 60 degrees the noise stops. Basically what I have to do if the boiler hasn't run for a short while is run the hot tap at the lowest pressure to activate the boiler heating. No noise this way. Then once I see the boiler temp getting above 50 I'll run the tap full pressure. Then I can have a shower or ch with no noise. If I try running a shower in the morning without doing this I get 30ish seconds of noise to wake the neighbour. It's literally just the warm up phase of the boiler. Any guidance appreciated.
