Vaillant Ecomax 824/2E Flow and Return pipes- draining

Hi Guys

Need help wanted to repressurise the PV as pressure gauge is rising to over 2bar from 1bar when heating on but I cant undo the little screws on the flow and return pipes to empty the boiler. They turned a little bit, about quarter of turn, and now one is leaking. Is there another way of draining the boiler to pump up the pv. Cheers
