Vaillant Ecoplus 837 fault code S.42

Suddenly our ECOPlus 837 has stopped heating the radiators and hot water. It sounds like everything is working however there is no flame indicator. I have reset it numerous time however it's still not working. Pressing the i button it gives me a code of S.42

Is there anything I can try before having to call a plumber in?

Most likely a failed condense pump preventing the boiler from operating. Get a Gas Safe engineer to check as this work requires safety checks after completion.
