Vaillant EcoTec 146 - can you attach a wired outdoor sensor?

Hi!

Recently my second wireless outdoor sensor (I use the VRC470f control for the boiler) has stopped working. I have bought a used one now (as they are ridiculously expensive) which will hopefully fix my problems. However, I was wondering if a wired sensor can be attached to this boiler? I would think that it would be a little less prone to breaking? And if so what sensor should I get?

Yeah, I saw a post about that. Thing is, I live in Denmark, and it seems to be hard to get outside the UK :-/
