Vaillant Ecotec Plus 831 Timer problem

I have just had an 831 boiler with a digital time switch fitted but for the life of me I can't find any information on how to set the bleedin' thing.
I've looked everywhere online but to no avail, even in the manuals which in all the diagrams have the boiler have the timer greyed out and marked (only if fitted)
The timer buttons are marked i, f, p and there is a digital display and turning knob. That's it.
Please can someone help???

No idea but they weren't. Only the boiler manual itself. Many thanks though! Brilliant!
