My boiler was working fine until last week when it stopped giving hot water out. The Heating is also not working. I have a pilot light and when i turned the tap on the flame bed lights but I could not get hot water. The water seemed to be red hot at the top of the DHW heat exchanger but it wasn't at the bottom. I turned down the inlet water tap to almost off and i managed to run a decent bath. Since then i can't get the flame bed to light at all no matter how far on the inlet tap is. There seems to be clicking when the outlet tap is turned on and it sounds as if it wants to light up but it isn't. I remember one time it lit but the flame s were very small. If someone could give me any advice before I call in the big guns it would be much appreciated.
