Having some problems wit h my combi, I've been reading through all the topics covering it here but I couldn't come up with a reason for me still getting no sparks. Apart from maybe a PCB has gone.

So far I've gone through the fault finding procedure:
- Neon lights up.
- Voltages are good.
- Pump is on.
- Fan is on.
- Air pressure switch works fine.
- Tried disconnecting inline connector for the NTC probe. (no change)
- Lock out light is off, and button is reset.
- 240v at ignition terminals -> NO...
- At this point it suggests replacing the FSCB.

From looking over the Flame Supervision Circuit Board (FSCB) it doens't look like anything has died.

So is there anything else that will prevent the system from even sparking?

You are asking a question about gas/combustion issues.

Apparently you have been looking at the fan and APS which involves opening the combustion chamber.

We don't give DIY advice on these issues here.

The obvious advice is to call a competent engineer!

We had a Vaillant Ecotec 831 installed about nine months ago and have had no problems until a couple of months ago.

Thanks for any advice.

Seems odd that you have replaced a nice new boiler with one which is over 10 years old!

Tested the air pressure switch from the control board. Easy enough to test that is is open when the fan is off and closed when the boiler starts up, no need to remove the cover.

As for the fan that was just my ears. I have no intention of playing with gas.

This is not a replacement, this is a different boiler.

Thanks
