Valiant Combi Faukt Code F61

Hi I have the fault code F61 coming up on our Valiant Combi boiler. The boiler fires up ok when the boiler has switched itself off and the hot water comes through ok. it will be ok for quite a while, then the fault code appears again.

Anyone any ideas as to the cause?
