Valiant Ecotec 837C/Honeywell thermostat unit not powering up, don’t know how to wire up

Honeywell unit stopped working, I noticed two cables were loose but don’t know correct wiring, is this right? Thank you so much!

Looking at the wiring diagram on the back of the clock, I would say that the wire that you have in 2 should be in 1.
