I've been quoted £2.3k to over-board a valley (behind parapet wall) currently lead / fibreglass, with ply and cover with Firestone rubber over the valley and up the parapet walls. Inc, removing / replacing coping stones. Valley is approx 500mm wide and in total, 9m length . Parapet wall is approx 500mm high plus a return or the 500mm at the end.
This seems to me to be a lot of money. I'm gloucestershire based. The chap says 2-3 days for 2x persons.
To instead first remove all of the old lead / fibreglass and then do the above, quoted £3.3k
Does all of this seem about right?
I've attached a few pics of what it currently looks like. The 'blue' coloured bit is mine, length approx 4.5m. The quote is to include next door's, upstream, to the right in the pics.
Thanks
