valliant ecomax 824/2e running problems

hi wondered if any of you guys could help .

been to this boiler now 3 times i,ve changed the ntc's and the pcb because they were faulty

the problem is the boiler lights as normal and you get hot water like you should but every now and again it sticks and you can't get either just alot of groaning from the boiler .

i,ve checked the bypass and thats clean and moves freely , the pump is working fine cos when it works all the rads get hot but still seems to get up to temp then cut out only does it on the heating side tho not on ths dhw

if you wait 10 mins turn it off then on again , bingo it works

and to make it just that little bit harder theres no fault codes yippee.

any ideas

well it,s not a broaning more you can here like a motorised valve moving

when you first put it on it,s fine and runs nice and quiet but when the timer goes off and then on later it struggles to get going for about five mins then it gets going and it fine again.

also while it,s struggling the radiator sign on the display is flashing
