This fire gives out hardly any heat;the flames are barely visible and the coals stay black all the time;the centre flame is so low it can hardly be seen;fire was serviced by reputable corgi co in nov and he said that's how it's meant to be;it's not even 2 years old--bought it secondhand and have receipts; i'm sure ther is something wrong with it;valor are no help.Can anyone suggest anything as i like the look of the fire.Thanks
