vapour barrier

can anyone advise how i install a vapour barrier on the pic?

kingspan is going to be fixed inbetween the rafters and down as far as the the top of ground floor bay window, how do i seal the vapour barrier sheet, do i seal it at the floor board height, (dont think i could reach any further down)

Foil tape it level with the floor board.
