Hi,
Finishing off some doors with a Polyvine coat to help with durability but need some help on how to navigate the brush marks.
Attaching images, when sanding getting the poly discolour anyway to fix that or is it just another coat on-top and a better resolution to fixing the brush marks opposed to sanding.

Phone technical and ask

Maybe you are applying too thick. Couple of thin coats is advised.

If you want no visible brush marks, you have a lot more sanding to do.

When you say Polyvine- I assume you mean their waterbased varnish. Why did you think you needed it? What were the base coats?
