Vauxhall astra 2002 2ltr diesel brake pipes

Hi, I have an advisory note on my mot certificate saying slight corrosion on nearside brake pipe running front to rear,does anyone know the route of this brake pipe or any places that are prone to corrosion.thanks Les

The problem areas are usually where the steel pipe joins onto the flexible pipes in the rear axle area - and also where the bends are particularly tight.
Although 99% of the pipe may look perfect, it only needs one problem area (rightly so) to fail.
Your 2002 car has done well if its a first issue....I wonder how many Fords could say that
