according too my new Vauxhall trade club catalogue a clutch kit for your van starts at £165 + vat + release bearing for a 2.0 petrol up to £226 + vat + release bearing for a 2.5 DTi.You should be able to get discount if you go to a motor factors. Sorry can't help with the labour charges.
