Hi all,
My loft conversion has just been occupied by guests for the first time.
As the temperature dropped last night there was condensation on the inside of the velux which ran down and dripped from the bottom reveal onto the bed ( my father in laws head ).
The Loft has celotex with a vapour check PB barrier and has passed bc
The velux windows have trickle vents and they are open ....
a dehumidifier seems a bit daft given that I've followed building regs ?
Any other ideas ?
Merry Xmas to you.
