Velux GHL 304 roller shutter problem

hi everyone,
i have this velux ghl 304 roller shutter which it's stuck, it doesn't move at all.
when i try to raise it, it just make a clicky sound.
do you know where the problem is located? if you have any advice on how to fix it please tell me.

You mean the £50 blinds?
If its broken swap for a new one. Simple job that takes minutes.
Maybe remove and have a look.

No, it’s the Velux aluminum solar roller shutter.

Do you know how old they are? possibly needs a new battery.

They are about 20 years old but they are manual, they aren’t electric.
