Velux Guarantee?

Fitted 2 velux there recently...notice there is condensation building up between the 2 panes on one of them...will velux let me swap the glass unit out for a new one under warranty...or will i have to take slates off my roof and rip the whole lot out??(if so not worth it IMO)

Bought them in B&Q on sale...cant get through to em on phone to ask but i suspect they will want the whole unit back unless i can tell them otherwise.

Even if you don't get it under the guarantee (although you should) replacement glass is readily available from Velux and not too expensive either
