hi there i have a large roof space which is well ventilated with plastics eaves vents between membrane, and a velux fitted about 15 yrs ago. the external roof structure is good and no apparent problems, such as broken tiles. i have noticed in really cold weather there are drops of water on the boards below the velux. it looks like condensation as I can see droplets on the metal brackets/fixings above, and to the left and right of the wooden velux frame. i am wondering whether i should solve this by using a can of foam insulation and fitting this gap. any suggestions appreciated and i attach some photos thanks
