Vent Axia Solo Plus T Extractor Fan

My bathroom extractor fan is not working. I have checked the 240v supply voltage which is present at the incoming terminals on the fan.
Terminal 1 goes live when light switched on.
Terminal 2 is neutral
Terminal 3 is live all the time

Sounds like the fan is goosed, time for a new one I think.
