I recently moved into a house with a giant gas range and I'd like to replace it with a built in gas hob and gas oven. The range has no vent or flue (was probably installed a while ago). Do I need to have a vent direct to the outside for a gas oven? Do I have to have a cooker hood or extractor fan? I'd like to have neither, if possible.
(BTW, there is a window and an exterior door in the kitchen, but the cooker is on an interior wall so would be difficult to vent.)
thanks!
