vent machine

hey guys!

i am buying a condo. i like cooking a lot, especially oily cooking. however, the vent machine in the kitchen only sucks the oily smoke and filts it. the smoke never gets out of the building. the location of the kitchen is sort of far from the closest window - there is a guest room between. i really need the vent machine to suck the smoke out of the building. what good ideas do you guys have? thanks.

put a hole in the wall extractor on a gable end or in a window = no more smoke

depends how high up you are though as u dont want to be errr using ladders 3 storys up
