Looking to vent 2 extractor fans through pitched roof.

I know you can get the tile vent type as well as the cowl.

Which one is better?

We prefer 100mm pipe via a multi-slate with mushroom cowl. More flexible positioning. It means we can locate the pipe between two tiles, allowing us to cut a bit out of each tile.
You just need to be careful dressing the lead and avoiding rafters.

Is the pipe rigid or flexi? If flexi doesn't it get condensation build up
