Ventilation slate for flat roof?

I want to stick a ventialtion pipe (110mm) through a flat roof. Does anybody know if there is something similar to this, but for flat roofs?

What I want is a sealed rubber type collar that I can just stick around the pipe and then pain around the eges with some bitumen to seal it.

Bought one from Plumbase last year. Also best to fit a storm collar above the sleeve joint.
