Ventilation Tiles

Hi,
I have been experiencing condensation in my loft the last couple of years and am thinking of getting some ventilation tiles put in my roof. Being a novice on this subject how much am I looking at to buy these and have them installed? Also where is the best place to buy?

Depending on where you are in Essex I could recommend a couple of good roofing merchants.

Any Good roofing merchant will be able to supply these. You'll need to either know the make of the roof tile, or take a tile down to them for them to identify. When it comes to fitting, I can't help you.. But if you didn't want to do the job yourself, I'm sure the local roofers merchant will be able to give you the names of a couple of good roofers?

If possible in your situation you may be better off putting in some vent ridge rather than tile vents.
