hi hope I’m on the right forum,I am going to install a vented tumble dryer through the outside
Wall but I will have to put the vent tube slightly vertical and out through the wall,my question is will this cause any problems or is ok to have the vent tube vertical.
Cheers Tom.

Its commonly done and doesn't cause any problems - just keep any bends as smooth as you can. The only issues are condensation but its rarely an issue.
John :)

I have a similar situation but without room to go vertically up before I go out. So I'm wondering if the vent hole can be drilled at an angle through the wall?

Not recommended as rain water will be able to run down into the appliance.
