Hi
I've removed our AGA in a house we've moved into, due to it costing £50 a week to run and it doesn't suit our lifestyle.
I want to fit a cooker extraction hood above the new range cooker, and vent it using the AGA flue which is already installed into the chimney. Obviously this is a long length (over 5m) but would have dealt with steam and grease from cooking inside the old AGA. The chimney can't be used for anything else.
Can I use this flue for a new cooker hood if I use condensation trap too? Does anyone have any advice please?
(I've searched the forum but couldn't find anything related to these circumstances)
Thanks
