I'm hoping to relocate the bath from one side of the bathroom to the other.

Unfortunately the joists run the wrong way to accommodate the drain.

Is it allowable to route the drain from the bath down a 50mm pipe vertical drop to the kitchen and out through the wall?

In the kitchen I would be aiming to join this pipe with a 40mm run from the downstairs loo basin and a washing machine drain.

The fall of the 50mm drain outside would be at about 45 degrees for around 600mm into an outside existing ground level drain.

I was thinking to fit an AAV 1.2m up in the bathroom (boxed in) and an AAV by the basin trap.

I would run it in 40mm and use anti vac trap on the bath to vent the run, no need to go to 50mm until you hit basin and WM drain.

If the joist is more than 170mm deep, then you could run a 40mm solvent pipe through the centre of it.
