Vertical/Horizontal Towel Rails

Hi,

Is it possible to mount a "vertical" towel rail horizontally and use it with dual heat source (electric and CH).

e.g. https://www.towelradiatorstore.com/Supreme-400x1400mm-Black-Vertical-Radiator.html

Can't see why not, as long as it has a 1/2 connection on all 4 corners.
