Very easy ..how do i wire up a ceiling light & switch

[Bighandal]

switch
1 x black
1 x red

Up by the ceiling
power cable
1 x black
1 x red

Switch cable
1 x black
1 x red

'normal' light cable
1 x black
1 x red

cable to transformer for downlighters
1 x black
1 x blue

How to I join these wires up in the cable connector
Can I have the 'normal' ceiling light cable and the downlighter cable coming from the above connection, ie both being worked from the same switch.
