Very loud shower pump in tank (Ed.)

How can I stop loud noise/vibrations coming from the tank in my attic conversion? I WFH and my office is upstairs so its a headwreck!

The Presflo Multi pump controller kicks on anytime I run the shower, flush a toilet, run a tap upstairs or downstairs but something else has to be triggering it also. The noise is very loud and disruptive. The noise kicks off literally every 5mins and sometimes faster than that.

Any tips to fix or quieten this beast down would be appreciated!

PS. my water/heating system is Air to Water using a Joule cylinder found in our hallway hotpress.

something else has to be triggering it also.

Water is being used or running away. Most likely a WC cistern fill valve needs replacing, but might be a leak.
