Very low pressure on baxi 80e

Hi all,

Please can someone help me?
My baxi 80e boiler has a bressure of around 0.5 it generally will not rise and will not fall. It may on occasion rise to 0.7 when ive got hot tap on full.
Radiator's are warm ish.
How can i put the pressure up please?
