Our central heating is very noisy when it comes on. It sounds like someone is using an orbital sander or something in a room downstairs.
The radiators all work - in fact the noise got worse on Wednesday night, and at the same time, two radiators that weren;t working very well suddenly sprang into life.
I've looked at some of the other posts and have ordered a couple of bottles of cleaning fluid and a bottle of inhibitor from screwfix direct.
My worry is that there a faulty part too. We get the system looked at a couple of times a year and the last time the ch specialist said it needed a cleanout but that it was a relatively simple job and so he didn;t we should need to pay him £xx per hour to do it.
Does this sound like a kettling problem?
