Hi all, was asked to have a look at a neighbours 6 month old Glow-worm ~36 kw combi. Runs fine 90% of the time, but every so often gives a huge vibration. From what I saw today, the vibration occurs when the burner re-ignites immediately after it has just closed down. Can anyone perhaps give a clue as to what the problem might be.

sounds like dodgy fan. does not really matter as it is under warranty and hence bad idea to do anything but call gw to check
