Videx Buzzer not working - replacement?

Our flat buzzer stopped working (handset part) all our neighbours are still working.

The original handset is a Videx and we bought a Videx similar to the original to replace thinking this would be a simple switch. Alas this is not the case...

I can get some parts of the system working as in I can hear downstairs but I can get the buzzer itself to work. I wonder if I have bought the incorrect system or the wiring is just too outdated for the new one?

Both the original and new system are Videx,

I no longer have the original handset

I know it’s a videx handset ...BUT old entrotec systems used modified videx handsets ! So again .....post picture of the outside entry panel !
