Videx gsm and doorbell

Finally got round to putting sparkymarka’s advice to reality but hit a snag…


The bell (as most seem to be) is ac, the Videx outputs 12v (actually closer to 14.5v) in dc

There’s also a regular doorbell transformer to through in to the mix.

The doorbell is rated 8v

What’s the best solution for this please?
