Hi I had a visseman boiler fitted april 2024 small semi 30 yearold house , boiler in bathroom , sadly takes ages for any hot water in kitchen sink about 3.5 bowls before it gets hot , if I run a bath or turn heating on then that's not a problem, engineer who fitted it says its normal na rubbish renovated a good few houses which are twice the size never had a problem only started using visseman in April any help or advice welcome

Which model? Do you have a hot water cylinder? Is the boiler at the opposite end of the house to the affected outlet?

Hi in work at moment, no hot water cylinder , house is small semi newbuild bathroom at front of house but no distance at all cannot remember which model off end
