Mrs Secure has been with them for a good few years now, no issues.

Out of the blue, I had a text message saying a replacement SIM was on its way.

I initially thought it was a scam so ignored it.

Then a new SIM arrived in the post.

It said it would "move you over to our even-better network".

I have since discovered that Virgin are planning to move from EE to Voda next year.

There was no mention of moving networks in the letter.

I think this is underhand. They must be wary of mentioning it because people may move.

We have absolutely shoite coverage of Vodafone here.

So I think I will be asking for a PAC.

I'm not with Virgin but I've heard about it. It was all over the news around the tail end of last year IIRC.

Aren't they meant to be merging with O2?

Three attempted a takeover of O2 a while ago, but I believe it was blocked by the EU.
