Visonic Powermaster 10 help please!

Hi, I am really hoping someone can help.

We replaced the battery in a PIR sensor and since then it has been beeping at us every four or so hours, the unit saying, Not Ready with the zone number and message reading tamper-open.

I have looked and made sure the tamper buttons in the sensor are positioned correctly, but it kept coming up with the trouble message. I deleted and added the sensor back on, but since then whenever you alarm the house, seconds later it asks to disarm the alarm. Any ideas please?

what are the log entries I can only see the following.

1. learnt as e/e and it started the e/e shortly after being armed, chance asked you to disarm the system
2. you went in front/ opened the e/e door after it was armed.

look for system armed followed by entry started, is a starting point.
