vivaro sat nav

my vivaro infotainment sat nav is playing up. the display is placing the van about 50 mile from where it actually is, and therefore cannot calculate routes. anything i can do?

tried re-setting it?

my tomtom5 PDA version once done that. had me 40-50 miles out to sea.... reset and worked
