can anybody help with answers 2 my vokera compact 24 why does the pressure keep rising up to 3.5 bar and blowing off when heating comes on ive replaced the expansion vessel wen the heating goes off the temp gauge just drops slightly and i have 2 drain it back down to 1 bar again ive cleaned all the loops and pipes

If the exp vessel is new and properly charged, the filling loop is disconnected as well, then the only place water can be getting into the system is via a hole in the plate heat exchanger, if this model has one.

No plate heat ex on this one G4Y.
It will be the heat exchanger (bi-thermal) thats bust internally.
To the OP...if you put the pressure to 1bar and then just leave it without running it at all, does the pressure still rise?
If so, its the heat exchanger.
