VOKERA 80 SP DHW GETS UP TO TEMP THEN SHUTS OFF, THEN RELIGHTS AFTER ABOUT 1 MIN , THEN SHUTS DOWN AGAIN WHEN TEMP REACHED , ANY IDEAS ?

I am not exactly sure what model you have from what you said.

From the limited information it sounds like a blocked plate heat exchanger!

thanks tony , the model is a VOKERA EXCELL 80 SP , whats the solution if the heat exchanger is blocked ?

The solution, IF the plate HE is blocked is......... to clean it ( or replace it ).

However, I would do a dynamic thermal survey of the boiler first to confirm that is indeed the problem.

Another possible cause is a dirty fan or venturi causing pressure switch to drop out when going to low fire call in a htg engineer

weareleeds , thanks mate you were spot on, my eng came off hols and he said to take that route , clean the fan first ,spot on advice , boiler running sweet as a nut , thanks chaps for the advice !
