Vokera boiler - radiators heating up when HW only is running

Anyone help on this please?

I have a Vokera Linea boiler. It was working fine and then when Hot Water only was selected and a tap opened anywhere in the house the radiators heat up and the water from that tap runs only lukewarm. If the system is switched to HW+CH the water is heated properly, but of course I don't want the CH on at this time of year. Any ideas why this may have started happening? Thanks.

diverter fault. Needs insides replaced maybe?

Turn the heating isolation valves off underneath for a temporary fix, or just turn rads off

I would get the div valve sorted asap otherwise the motor will burn out

turn off the rads if you must.......dont turn the isolation valves as they have a nasty habit of leaking.

engineer coming tomorrow to (hopefully) rectify it, along with the intermittent failure of the boiler to refire when it is on CH mode.
