Hi all! Before paying a large sum of money to an engineer (who may not find the answer anyway), my last hope was to try an online forum.
This is probably a recurring problem, but every search I've done doesn't quite match my problem!!
I have a Vokera Excell 80E boiler for CH and hot water. At first, I thought the washers were playing up, because with EVERY tap in the flat the hot water flows, and then loses pressure. To regain pressure, I simply turn the tap on more - a pain, but liveable. But, then came the other problem.
The shower starts off warm-ish, and over about a minute, cools down. Turn up the heat, same thing happens. Eventually, turning up the heat does nothing - and I just have tepid water falling on my head.
Boiler appears to fire up no problem, CH works fine. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful!!!
Despairingly
