Vokera Excell boiler lost power?

Hi,

This morning our Vokera Excell 96E boiler stopped working. Neither the green "working" light is on, nor are any of the four "error" lights. The timer next to it is not running either. The pressure dial shows just below 1.0.

I don't have the manuals (or for that matter any experience with boilers). Any suggestions as what the problem is (no power)? and how I would fix it.

To locate the defect, you are going to need a multimeter. Using the wiring diagram, you will be able to locate the defect.

It is a little difficult to point you in the direction as it is a case of test and locate. If you do not have a multimeter (or you are nervous with electricity), it might be prudent to call in someone who can assist you.
