Anybody got any ideas? Since I moved in, this boilers always annoyed me. Have had a boiler engineer out many times, and he's coming over Thursday AM, but I'm getting peaved off with it tbh. Most other posters have said that hot water and central heating are both affected, which mine isn't...

First of all my hot water always works. No problems there...

Up till 2 weeks ago, if the boiler temperature was low if I switched the central heating on it would fail. Not a problem as I would run the hot water first and it would always fire.

More recently, occasionally, with the boiler temp high central heating would fail to fire, or will fire and heat the house then go into cool down mode, try to reignite but fail. It sounds like its gonna (there's a hum, a click click) but instead of whumpf of ignition, I get a clunk of failure.

I rarely get any error codes, but earlier on got 01, ignition failure. Well duh, tell me something I didn't know... A week ago I came home to find a 04 on it, low pressure, though my boilers at 1 1/2 bar...

Any help great fully received...
