Vokera Linea 24 Isolation Valve

I replaced the DHW exchanger on my Linea 24 to cure the stop start hot water problem. It didn't work. Now the boiler gurgles and only stays up for a few seconds before reporting code 07 then code 02. I tried draining it and re-pressurising but no change. During all this I heard a loud bang and it turns out one of my radiators has burst. Even though the isolation valves are horizontal. When I try to re-pressureise the boiler it is putting water into the radiators. Anyone any clues or should I go straight to a plumber

Get an RGI to take a look

fixed the same problem3 weeks ago, flow and return valve had been shut to do some work on boiler,re opened valves and boiler overheated with no flow

a number of issues here.

repressurising the boiler means repressurising the rads, its the same thing.

if the iso valves are "horizontal" it means they are shut.

if the dhw h/e didnt cure the hot water i would be looking at the dhw temp knob, the thermistor or the diverter.
